Installing a New Player Skin
A4Desk periodically releases new player skins and you can purchase them
from A4Desk as they become available. This topic explains how to install
a new player skin.

Design
or Skin files
need to be packaged as .zip files. The .zip file will normally contain
a folder containing three files. One is the new image of the skin (*.jpeg file), the second is the Shockwave Flash object (*.swf file) and third the related XML file (*.XML).
To install a new player skin
Download the .zip file containing the new skin
from A4Desk onto your computer. Open Music Player and from the File
menu select Install New Design. The Windows Open
dialog opens. By default it looks for .zip files. Search and locate the downloaded .zip
file containing the new design and click Open.
In the example a zip file named player_design_package.zip
located in a folder called TedHnkng
is used.
The program will extract the folder and its contents
from the .zip file and insert the folder and its contents into
the Skins folder. Once
the installation is successful Music Player will display an appropriate
message.
When the Select
Player Designer dialog is opened the new skin will be seen here
and that which can be selected while creating a new player or while changing
the skin of a player.
