To embed A4Desk Flash Music Player on a website using Dreamweaver


Once you have created and published your music player,

1. Open the "Publish" folder of music player and you can find the "musicplayer.htm"

2. Edit "musicplayer.htm" with Dreamweaver

3. Go to your website folder, e.g. C:\Project_1 and find the ".htm" file (e.g. "project_1")

4. Edit the ".htm" file (e.g."project_1.htm") with Dreamweaver

5. After you open the "musicplayer.htm", copy the script (as shown in Figure 3) and paste the script in your site's ".htm" file (e.g."project_1")

**You can find the script at the top of the text in <Show Code View> ("musicplayer.htm")

6. Paste the script ( which you copied in "musicplayer.htm" ) to the text area of your site's ".htm" file (e.g. project_1"),
anyplace between <head> to </head> in <Show Code View> (your site's ".htm" file e.g. project _1")

7. Next, you need to copy the other script in "musicplayer.htm" (as shown in Figure 5)

8. Paste the script (which you copied in "musicplayer.htm" ) to the text area of your site's ".htm" file (e.g. "project_1.htm"),
to the place you want to display the music player

**You can move the mouse pointer over the place you want to embed the music player in the <Show Design View> of your site's ".htm" file (e.g. "project_1.htm")

e.g. I want to place the musicplayer in the blank area of my website (project_1), then, I move the mouse pointer over
the blank area of my website in "project_1.htm", as shown in Figure 6.

9. And then move the mouse pointer over the <Show Code View> and paste the script you copied in the "musicplayer.htm" (as shown in Figure 7 & 8)

10. Finally, copy all the following files in the publish folder of the Music Player to your site's ".htm" file
(e.g. "project_1.htm" and you can FTP all the files in your site to your server.)

version 1.96 or below

version 1.97 or above


11. You have embeded the music player to your site.
